This role requires direct interaction via voice and video calls, demanding a calm, focused demeanor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to understand and address client concerns with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in voice and video calls with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Accurately comprehend and relay client concerns, facilitating clear and precise information exchange.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication, demonstrating fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
- Stay composed under pressure and provide supportive assistance in a collaborative, fast-moving work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or working within an international environment is highly desirable.
- Strong listening skills paired with the ability to resolve issues and follow up efficiently.
- Excellent command of English, with proficiency comparable to a native speaker in both written and spoken communication.
