We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who demonstrates exceptional communication skills and can engage effectively with clients and team members based in the US and Pakistan. This role requires direct interaction via voice and video calls, demanding a calm, focused demeanor in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and able to understand and address client concerns with clarity and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in voice and video calls with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Accurately comprehend and relay client concerns, facilitating clear and precise information exchange.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication, demonstrating fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
- Stay composed under pressure and provide supportive assistance in a collaborative, fast-moving work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or working within an international environment is highly desirable.
- Strong listening skills paired with the ability to resolve issues and follow up efficiently.
- Excellent command of English, with proficiency comparable to a native speaker in both written and spoken communication.
