Data Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Analytics Professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in data science, business analytics, or statistics, combined with proven experience in strategic reporting and leadership roles. This position demands a detail-focused individual who excels at analyzing data, communicating insights, and engaging with stakeholders to support informed business decisions and drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to senior management.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business enhancement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout all reporting processes.
- Mentor junior analysts and actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of analytics methodologies within the team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 8 years of experience in analytics, including a minimum of 2 years in strategic reporting or managerial positions.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders effectively.
