Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live television broadcasts across various channels in real-time.
- Accurately log program start and end times using internal software tools.
- Ensure the correctness of Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data to support seamless catch-up and on-demand viewing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain high standards of broadcast metadata quality.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in program scheduling promptly.
- Adapt quickly to changes in broadcast schedules and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
