Key Responsibilities:
- Extract relevant data daily from multiple online and internal platforms.
- Accurately input collected data into company databases or spreadsheets.
- Perform regular checks and validations to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Maintain organized records of all collected data for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and priorities.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly data entry targets with high accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in data entry or data extraction roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to work with data sourced from different platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle routine tasks independently.
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools or platforms.
