Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality HR Operations and processes to ensure that our Employe self service and Manager Self Service.

Responsibilities:

Devise and carry out a targeted recruitment research strategy.
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Payroll Management, Time Management, Leave Management, Overtime Management.
Collaborate with relevant department managers to make sure Compliance

Requirements and skills:

Proven working 1 plus years of experience and deep understanding in HR Operations.
Excellent knowledge of recruiting expertise Payroll, Attendance, Leaves, Labour Laws.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
