IT Support (Including Network Troubleshooting)

  • Help fix basic computer, printer, and internet issues.
  • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and network connectivity problems – restart routers, check cables, and test connections.
  • Support staff with setting up email, devices, and software.
  • Inform the IT Manager or external support team if problems cannot be solved internally.
  • Ensure regular care and maintenance of IT equipment across the campus.
  • Provide training support to staff on software/hardware.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language: Proficient in Sign Language and basic written English/Urdu.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphones, MS Office (Word, Excel), email, internet.
  • Soft Skills: Team player, organized, reliable, and flexible.
