Sales / Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Decasoft. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital services sales and marketing, with a passion for driving business growth and customer acquisition. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of digital services, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new clients for our digital services.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand awareness.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and sell the company’s digital services (web development, SEO, social media marketing, etc.).
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Required).
1 to 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in digital services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
