Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee our sourcing and vendor management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cost-effective procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and driving operational excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement policies and procedures.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and sustainability.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Work closely with planning, production, quality, and finance departments to ensure alignment of procurement with business goals.
Maintain and update procurement records, contract files, and supplier databases.
Analyze market trends and assess risks to maintain supply continuity.
Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO, WRAP, CTPAT).
Lead supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives.
