Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
Liaise with suppliers/purchasers for quotations, follow-ups, and delivery status.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
Track and resolve discrepancies in deliveries or invoices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
