Retail Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing retail operations, ensuring optimal sales performance, and maintaining a strong team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective retail strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of retail sales representatives.
Ensure all retail staff are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Monitor store performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement action plans to address challenges.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee store displays are attractive and up to brand standards.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to inform strategies.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations at all retail locations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with retail analytics, sales reporting.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
