InnoSoft Canada, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. and part of the Jonas Software Group, is looking for a technically proficient and client-oriented professional to join their team in a vital support and implementation capacity. This role focuses on deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the Fusion + Fusion Family suite of recreation management software. The successful candidate will handle software installation in client environments, manage migrations to AWS cloud hosting, and oversee authentication systems such as Single Sign-On (SSO) using Keycloak. The position involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with development teams to resolve bugs, tuning system performance, and creating documentation to support clients. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands system infrastructure, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Install Fusion software on client servers, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Manage updates including security patches and feature enhancements, while troubleshooting installation issues to minimize disruption.
- Support migration of Fusion software from on-premise servers to AWS Cloud hosting. This includes server migrations, data transfers, testing, and guiding clients through the process to reduce downtime. Provide assistance with custom configurations and security settings in the cloud environment.
- Configure and manage clients’ SSO and authentication systems, primarily using Keycloak or similar identity management tools. Ensure secure and seamless user authentication, troubleshoot related issues, and implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) where necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to Fusion software, server environments, and integrations by utilizing diagnostic tools and system logs. Replicate issues in test environments and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address client infrastructure, integration, and software performance challenges. Work closely with developers to communicate and resolve software defects, assist in testing code fixes and new features, and ensure updates enhance functionality without introducing new issues.
- Analyze system performance to identify optimization opportunities, including tuning resources, databases, and software configurations. Provide recommendations to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Contribute to the company’s knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting procedures, best practices, software limitations, and client-facing support materials to facilitate self-service.
- Participate as primary or secondary on-call support for system alerts and emergencies, and perform scheduled after-hours maintenance for infrastructure updates and patching.

Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or software deployment, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven experience installing and configuring software on Windows-based server environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and migrating systems from on-premise to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Keycloak, Active Directory, SAML, or OAuth, with a strong understanding of SSO configuration and authentication protocols.
- Working knowledge of databases, preferably SQL Server, including connectivity and performance troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with API integrations, logs, and diagnostic tools to analyze and resolve issues.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver excellent client service in a customer-facing role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with recreation management or similar enterprise software systems.
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementation.
- Certifications related to AWS, Microsoft Server, or ITIL are considered advantageous.
