- Responsible for submission / verification of IPC claims and variations.
- Reconciliation of subcontractors and suppliers’ bills.
- Responsible to prepare and submit the interim payment certificate and to get it verified from consultant.
- Accountable for submission of IPC’s for verification to the client for payment process.
- Responsible to check the request /work done record on daily basis.
- Preparation of demand of Material.
- Answerable for reconciliation of material. Actual vs. estimated and their submission on time.
- Coordination with client regarding the submission and verification of IPCs
- Preparation and verification of subcontractors’ rates according to the budgeted cost.
- Responsible for submission of shop drawings from time to time as per requirements of client and consultant.
- Coordination with the planning department for daily, weekly monthly progress reports submission to Head Office.
