UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about designing exceptional user interfaces and experiences for apps and web-based applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and creative teams to transform ideas into intuitive, engaging, and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development:
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for apps and web applications.
- Ensure design consistency across platforms while aligning with modern design trends and user needs.
User-Centered Approach:
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
- Implement user testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on insights.
Collaboration:
- Work with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoffs.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate product requirements into compelling user experiences.
Design Tools & Systems:
- Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software efficiently.
Performance & Feedback:
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and collect feedback for refinement.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and meet quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for apps and web-based applications.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design principles, and user experience frameworks.
Proven ability to create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
Solid knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces and experiences for app and web projects.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools for motion design (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or Lottie).
Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate better with developers.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in design sprints
