Devigital is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Talent Acquisition. In this senior leadership role, you will develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will leverage your extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and talent strategy development to enhance our recruitment processes. Your ability to foster strong relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in building a strong employer brand and in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization. This role demands a proactive approach to talent sourcing and analytical skills to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes in the competitive Tech and Telecom industries.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan that aligns with Devigital's overall business objectives.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment metrics and processes.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, focusing on both current and future workforce needs.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to promote Devigital as an employer of choice in the Tech and Telecom sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring solutions.
  • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry trends and advise on effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and maintain an inclusive approach to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to internal teams on talent management frameworks, ensuring consistency in recruitment practices across the organization.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform recruitment marketing strategies and enhance the efficiency of talent sourcing efforts.
  • Regularly assess and report on recruitment analytics to stakeholders, providing insights into the talent acquisition process and outcomes.
