Craft compelling, tailored proposals to secure high-value projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine business strategies.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure project requirements are met.
Represent Devinity Solutions at events and forums to strengthen brand presence.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software industry.
Demonstrated ability to successfully secure projects on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
Exceptional writing and proposal skills with a proven track record of quickly producing high-quality submissions.
Native communication skills are required, with an emphasis on persuasive communication and active listening.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
Expertise in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and analytics.
Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools to track and manage business development activities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
