Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative specialized in Digital Marketing to join our team onsite in Lahore. The ideal candidate will engage with customers through calls, providing information about our digital marketing services, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and actively driving sales. This role involves working evening to night shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to digital marketing products and services.
Provide detailed information about digital marketing offerings such as SEO, social media marketing, web development, and paid campaigns.
Follow communication scripts while adapting to customer needs to effectively resolve queries and objections.
Identify sales opportunities during calls and close sales to achieve targets, earning a 4% commission on each sale.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the call center database.
Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor to build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

Previous experience in call center or customer service roles, preferably with exposure to digital marketing sales.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) onsite at our Lahore office.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training can be provided).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.
