Front End Developer

DevTech Fusion is seeking a motivated and skilled Front End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, leveraging technologies such as React.js and Vue.js to create seamless user experiences. With at least 3 years of experience in the field, the candidate must be proficient in building responsive and visually appealing web applications while managing a small team of 2 developers. You will play a crucial role in bridging design and technical implementation, ensuring that the end product meets both aesthetic and functional standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to effectively handle APIs and integrate them into the user interface, using Figma to transform design mockups into live applications.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js and Vue.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with designers to convert Figma designs into functional web pages, maintaining visual fidelity and usability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Implement CSS preprocessing and utilize frameworks such as Bootstrap to enhance the styling and layout of the application.
Manage and guide a team of 2 developers, providing mentorship and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote best practices and maintain code quality.
Ensure the ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing web applications by resolving bugs and implementing user feedback.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient data flow between the client and server.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development to integrate innovative solutions.
Document development processes, code changes, and other necessary information for team members and future reference.
