Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
2. Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential customers and identify their needs.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
4. Provide information about our products or services and address inquiries effectively.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
6. Keep accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
7. Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree from a reputable organization.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
5. A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Compensation: The compensation for this position is competitive with industry standards and will be discussed further during the interview process.
Working Hours: The working hours for this role are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
