Working Hours: 7 PM - 3 AM (Monday to Saturday, Pakistan Time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US.
- Identify business needs and pitch our mobile app, web development, and SEO services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cold calling or sales (preferably in IT services).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to convince and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 3 AM).
