We are looking for HR Manager with great communication skills to join our team and support our Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization with a positive working environment & update office policies as needed.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure the security & Manage police staff/guards.
Manage office supplies, stock, and production.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Answer queries by employees and vendors & collaborate effectively with the team.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
Maintain and update procurement records in Excel and Word.
Maintaining business relationships with new and existing suppliers.
Supporting the director in all relevant activities.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Administrative /HR & Procurement officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
