As an expert Outbound Sales Executive at Diagnal3, you will be a key player in our startup's journey to success. You will work independently to identify, engage, and convert new clients, contributing directly to our growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Effectively communicate our software development offerings and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt your sales approach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software development services or IT solutions is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
