We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our B2B outbound sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our digital marketing solutions, identifying needs, and qualifying leads for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects; use email outreach where needed.
- Pitch tailored digital marketing solutions based on client needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with senior sales reps and team leads to strategize outreach campaigns.
- Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring proper follow-up and engagement to drive conversions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to confidently answer queries and overcome objections.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outreach and lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to strengthen your pitch.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential clients to encourage future business.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously sharpen your sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and stay focused on results under pressure.
- Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Locaton: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
