We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in BPO hiring, specifically for UK and USA -based campaigns. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in call center recruitment processes and capable of working in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center positions focused on UK and USA campaigns
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, social media)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates
- Handle initial HR queries and assist in maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with the operations team for manpower planning
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO sector
- Strong exposure to UK/USA campaign hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite during night shift hours
- Must be proactive, well-organized, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
