A Graphic Designer at Digital Visions Tech – a Full Stack Design Agency, incumbent will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality visual designing solutions across various media. Working closely with other designers, developers, and clients, he will contribute to the creation of engaging and on-brand graphics that effectively communicate messages and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Develop and produce design assets for digital and print mediums including but not limited to website banners, social media advertisements, brochures, flyers, User Interface (UI) and branding designs by ensuring alignment with brand identity and project objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior team members and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand design requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers/ interns fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
- KPI’s Achievement: Achieve (100%) or exceed set criteria for the role to meet the company standards of performance management system.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum Intermediate Level Qualification (FA, ICS, I.Com, FSs, DAE)
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing visual identities and brand guidelines
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) And Figma
- Fluency in English communication (both written & spoken)
- Excellent business communication and collaboration skills
