Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting key HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Drive a timely and efficient recruitment process
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Post job advertisements, screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate testing
  • Check references and compile recruitment reports with recommendations
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Prepare and update staff handbooks and HR policies
  • Assist with organizational structure development and salary benchmarking
  • Coordinate and conduct regular salary reviews
  • Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records

Employee Relations

  • Advise on employee benefits, performance reviews, and promotions
  • Engage in staff negotiations regarding compensation and conditions
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Confident presenter and natural networker
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)
