Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting key HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Drive a timely and efficient recruitment process
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Post job advertisements, screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate testing
Check references and compile recruitment reports with recommendations
HR Operations & Compliance
Prepare and update staff handbooks and HR policies
Assist with organizational structure development and salary benchmarking
Coordinate and conduct regular salary reviews
Administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records

Employee Relations

Advise on employee benefits, performance reviews, and promotions
Engage in staff negotiations regarding compensation and conditions
Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Confident presenter and natural networker
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)

The most noticeable factors for the decline in admissions to leading universities globally and the college placements for the average student across emerging markets were lack of awareness about higher education opportunities, minimal one-on-one guidance opportunities, and lack of credible counseling resources. It was in this context that I launched Dignosco in 2009 as a social enterprise focused on human capital creation through a Facebook group Dignosco is a social enterprise that provides College and Career Counseling across Pakistan, North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East Asia. We have offices in Lahore and Karachi led by a team of young professionals with background in Social Sciences Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity. They have attended Yale, Oxford, UCL, NYU, National University of Singapore and LUMS.
