Meeting Coordination:

  • Arranging meetings (internal/external).

  • Preparing agendas, writing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Arranging domestic or international travel (tickets, hotels, visas, etc.).

  • Managing travel itineraries and related documents.

Confidentiality & Discretion:

  • Keeping all kinds of personal and professional information confidential.

  • Maintaining trust in high-level decision-making processes.
