2. Properly implement the functionalities of the time & attendance security system (HRIS).
3. Assist to department’s manager in performing different kinds of tasks related to HR & compliance management.
4. Maintain each department’s updated employee strength report.
5. Prepare the reports of new hires, pay changes, departmental transfers, and terminated employees regularly.
6. Maintain updated employee files and ensure that each record must be according to labor law and COC’s
