We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker Agent with a background in U.S. logistics. If you already have active shippers, strong ties with carriers, and solid English communication skills, we want you on our team.
We’re Looking For Candidates Who:
- Have freight brokerage or dispatch experience (U.S. market)
- Currently work with active customers and carriers
- Are confident in English communication (verbal & written)
- Understand how to negotiate rates and move freight
- Can work night shift in our Karachi office (6 PM – 3 AM)
- Are goal-driven and reliable
Responsibilities:
Handle daily freight operations with shippers and carriers
Secure loads and negotiate profitable deals
Manage load boards and documentation (TMS experience preferred)
Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
Provide real-time shipment updates and resolve any issues
What We Offer:
Monthly salary: PKR 20,000 to 100,000 (based on experience)
10% commission on every confirmed deal/load
