We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our truck dispatching team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads to bring new trucking companies and owner-operators on board.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs and offer suitable dispatching solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in logistics, trucking, or dispatching).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Fluent In English
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
- A basic understanding of truck dispatching is a plus.
