We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing operations.

You will be responsible for:

Managing all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Creating and executing daily content strategies, promotions & campaigns
Running and optimizing paid advertisements on Meta, YouTube & Google Ads
Managing ad budgets, lead generation funnels & conversion tracking
Analyzing ad performance via Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Analytics
Working closely with designers and content teams for timely and creative outputs

Required Expertise:

5+ years of experience in managing social media and paid ad campaigns
Deep knowledge of ad targeting, retargeting, budgeting, and ROAS optimization
Proven track record in lead generation, remarketing and sales conversion
Expert in tools: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads
Strong understanding of performance metrics, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
Excellent copywriting sense for captions and CTA-based ad content
Preferably experience with automobile or classified ad platforms

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Media, or any relevant field
Must provide verifiable portfolio of campaigns handled and performance metrics
Creative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication & reporting skills
Must be willing to work full-time at our Rawalpindi office
