We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support project documentation, data management, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, familiarity with project management tools, previous experience in project coordination, and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and maintaining project records.
- Prepare and manage Excel-based reports, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Utilize project management tools
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Support in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in project support or administration.
- Skills: Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Tools Awareness: Knowledge of project management software.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Soft Skills: Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
