We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day tasks of our founder. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly and ensure priorities are handled efficiently. This is a great role if you’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
Prepare simple reports, summaries, or data entries as needed
Handle follow-ups and reminders
Assist with task tracking and status updates
Provide other general administrative support as requested
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, or similar
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Hours & Pay
Monday to Saturday, 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm Pakistan Standard Time
Starting salary between PKR 25,000–40,000 per month, plus bonuses
