Truck Dispatcher

As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and timely movement of trucks, ensuring that our fleet operates smoothly and meets customer demands. Key Responsibilities:

Dispatching Trucks: Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of truck routes, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely delivery of goods.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with drivers, customers, and team members to address any issues or changes in schedules.
Tracking and Monitoring: Utilize GPS and dispatch software to monitor the location and status of trucks, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety protocols.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any logistical issues, delays, or emergencies that may arise during transport.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and any incidents or delays.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and team members.
