We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior executive/individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirement

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or executive secretary.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

4. Personal Qualities:

  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional presence.
