We are seeking a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our online sales channels and optimizing the customer journey from browsing to purchase. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to our website and third-party marketplaces.
- Create and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Conduct regular analysis of key performance metrics, such as sales trends, site traffic, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on various online channels.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate programs.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Manage inventory levels and product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 2 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other digital marketing tools is preferred.
