Your ability to utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques will enhance the sourcing of top talent that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels within the organization.
  • Oversee the full cycle recruiting process ensuring an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving individual and team recruitment goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in interviewing, talent sourcing techniques, and understanding HR metrics.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize various sourcing software and platforms to identify and engage passive candidates, while also building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to ensure a positive perception of East Gate Industries as an employer of choice.
  • Enhance diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment practices to ensure a broad representation of backgrounds and experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system effectively to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with recruitment best practices.
  • Participate in networking events and job fairs to actively promote job openings and establish relationships with potential candidates.
