Responsibilities:

Able to perform financial data entry and maintenance in accounting software such as Catalyst, CRM, etc.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Make budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information.
Provide administrative support to the management as needed.

Skills:

Proficiency in using accounting software such as Catalyst, CRM.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with financial services and industry regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Experience with mentoring or training junior finance staff is a plus.
