This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing persuasive and engaging emails that resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
- Draft professional and engaging email communications, including marketing emails, newsletters, and cold emails.
- Implement and track the effectiveness of cold emailing and cold calling campaigns.
- Support social media marketing efforts by assisting with content creation and scheduling.
- Prepare reports and analyze marketing data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Aligning email content with the brand's voice, tone, and target audience needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with social media marketing and analytics
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
