- Daily checking and verification of financial instruments that are received from customers for the dispatches of the products and their correct entry in the system.
- Verification and Signing of sales documents such as PUA and Invoices for dispatches of POL products.
- Verification of Product upliftment Authority documents for supplies of POL products.
- Prepare Daily Sales report of White oil Products.
- Recording financial data on ERP database Software and Updating sales ledgers and incorporating bank receipts of customers in the system.
- Ensure compliance of credit control mechanism in order to monitor the fuel orders execution on advance payments /credit customers with respect to their available balance/approved credit limit and documentation sales tax Invoices etc.
- Preparation of customer-wise product movement and shortages summary.
- Strategize operations based on business dynamics to add value through efficiency and proactive prioritization.
- Update Daily Record Filing, Documentations with Efficient Manner.
- To supervise, controlling over all financial activities of all locations, in which planning and the coordination with marketing, operations and logistics department for smooth dispatches of white oil products
- Monitor Inventories
- Monthly Petty cash Audit of all departments
- Strong Communication with Management.
- Pricing of regulated and non-regulated petroleum products.
- Margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives.
- Costing of imported shipments.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on pricing based on published Platts.
- Calculate price trend analysis based on international oil prices.
- Analyzing geopolitical factors affecting Oil Prices.
- Update management to plan product procurement/sale based on price forecast.
- Performance evaluation of sales department.
- Analysis on actual and projected sales volumes of retail sites.
- Projected and actual profitability analysis of imported shipments (Gasoil, Mogas, Furnace Oil etc)
- Identify major variance factors and update management.
- Financial analysis of company's potential customers.
- Recommending implementation of credit fee on retail segment availing credit facility on regular or adhoc basis.
- Analysis of Licensing fee/NFR (other income segment) applicable on retail sites.
- Correspondence with external/government authorities for various reports.
- Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement.
- Streamlined complex pricing process by implementing new oracle based pricing module.
- Bank Reconciliation Statements of all company's bank accounts
