Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with other departments, such as product development, to ensure alignment of commercial activities with overall business goals.
Provide feedback and insights from clients to support product improvement and development efforts.
Create compelling content for various channels.
Monitor industry trends and competitors.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with IT consulting practices and understanding of client needs.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Expert in Cross-Functional collaboration, Market analysis, product management, and technical knowledge.
Understand and interpret financial statements.
