We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to expand our client base, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, including carpenters, interior designers, contractors, furniture showrooms, and franchises.
- Conduct direct client outreach by visiting businesses, project sites, and industry professionals to present our services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Effectively present our products and services, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Distribute promotional materials and provide product demonstrations when needed.
- Work closely with the team to set and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure new business.
- Confident and outgoing personality with a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking new business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of woodworking, interior design, or construction (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
