Client Relationships Manager at Editly Co
We are looking for a proactive, articulate, and people-focused Client Relationships Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly, communications are clear, and our clients feel truly taken care of.
This is a client-facing position that requires fluent English communication (British or American accent preferred), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coordinate tasks effectively between teams like editors, graphic designers, and social media strategists.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication
Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, managing communication via phone, mobile, email, and video calls in fluent, professional English
Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams
Build lasting relationships through excellent communication, transparency, and follow-up
Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure tasks are clearly understood and delivered on time
Relay client feedback efficiently to editors, designers, and strategists
Maintain project momentum by tracking deliverables and deadlines
Quality Oversight
Review drafts and deliverables to ensure they align with the client’s brand, goals, and expectations
Flag potential issues early and work with the team to resolve them
Ensure a high standard of service delivery and creative output
Organisation & Support
Maintain up-to-date records of client communications, project statuses, and feedback
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, or summaries when needed
Ensure clear documentation of revisions, approvals, and content timelines
Fluent British or American accent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong multitasking ability
Confident in coordinating across multiple departments and personalities
Familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, Notion, or other project management platforms
Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented approach
Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience working with content creators or brand strategy teams
Familiarity with reporting tools or analytics dashboards
A good eye for design, copy, or creative quality control
