As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing SEO strategies to increase the organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that our digital presence continues to grow and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies for both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities.
  • Optimize content and website structure for search engines, improving rankings, page traffic, and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly copywriting and blog posts.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, URL structure, and internal linking strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate monthly reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and overall SEO performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any SEO-related issues (e.g., indexing problems, penalties).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers) to enhance SEO strategies and content creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as an SEO Strategist, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they relate to SEO.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce SEO is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with local SEO and international SEO.
  • Familiarity with paid search marketing (PPC).
  • Knowledge of Social Media marketing and its integration with SEO.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
