EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is on the lookout for an ambitious and visionary Business Head for our Retirement Solutions vertical. This leadership role demands a proactive individual capable of envisioning and executing a strategic roadmap aimed at establishing EFU Life as a leader in retirement planning services in Pakistan. You will be responsible for creating and owning this new business line, focusing on developing innovative retirement products, ensuring channel enablement, and driving customer acquisition initiatives. This position involves managing a talented team of 50 individuals and coordinating efforts across multiple departments to foster collaboration and achieve desired outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Build and own the Retirement Solutions vertical at EFU Life, ensuring full accountability for its growth, profitability, and strategic execution.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, identifying market gaps and opportunities that position EFU Life as a pioneering force in retirement planning.
  • Create innovative and customer-centric retirement products, continually refining your offerings based on market feedback and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with core distribution channels, such as Salesforce and Corporate Sales, to effectively embed retirement solutions within their existing portfolios.
  • Lead dedicated sales efforts from within the Retirement Solutions team to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Drive awareness and education about retirement planning through collaborative campaigns with the Marketing team and by representing EFU Life at industry events.
  • Formulate and implement tailored business development and sales strategies, centered around customer acquisition and building lasting partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies, acting as EFU Lifes representative in relevant industry groups to support compliance and market expansion.
  • Streamline internal processes, driving automation initiatives to enhance efficiency while monitoring metrics of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage performance metrics meticulously, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and necessitating the production of analytical reports for senior management review.
  • Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of 50 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and driving overall business growth.
