We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the efforts in establishing and maintaining a strong brand presence across digital platforms, communication channels, and events. As a Digital Marketing / Content Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the following goals through your personal expertise and by leveraging internal and external resources.

Responsibilities Digital Marketing and Social Media

Develop engaging and relevant social media posts tailored for brand/company pages, focusing on surveillance products and solutions, in collaboration with Technical and Sales teams.
Plan, executed, and managed innovative social media campaigns alongside the in-house team and external marketing partners.
Conceptualize and schedule content for special days and seasonal events, including graphics and video production.
Create compelling copy, including product introductions and overviews for surveillance and communication products.
Maintain company websites, ensuring up-to-date content and seamless user experience.
Produce newsletters and email direct marketing (EDM) campaigns.
Coordinate and oversee the creation of technical animations, product review videos, and sales-oriented content.
Develop and maintain an email database from various sources, such as customers, event participants, and inquiries, ensuring effective EDM targeting.

Brand and Company Profile Management

Regularly update and maintain the company profile across digital and print formats.
Draft and manage content for “About Us” sections and company introductions.
Create and update organization hierarchies.
Compile and share financial and statistical insights related to the company profile.

Marketing and Events

Design and implement promotional activities and branded materials (e.g., freebies, and uniforms).
Ensure cohesive branding and printing designs for employees.
Administer corporate events and seminars, managing logistics, guest engagement, and overall execution.
Develop commercial presentations in collaboration with the Technical team to highlight products, projects, or topics.

Retail Branding and Signage

Manage the design and updates of signboards and billboards for the company and its dealers.
Plan and implement wall graphics and product displays at outlets in collaboration with Technical and Sales teams.
Oversee and maintain consistent branding across retailer outlets.
Organize and schedule marketing videos and infographics for display at outlets.
Design office decor, incorporating brand-themed posters and infographics.
Support planning and execution of demo product displays alongside the Technical team.

General Responsibilities

Ensure cohesive and consistent brand representation across all communication channels.
Act as the company’s representative in public, social media, and corporate events.
Undertake additional tasks as required to support company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or Visual Communications from a recognized university.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant design and production tools.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
