- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate schedules, assigning the best-fit employees to clients.
- Maintain and update an on-call and backup list to cover any last-minute needs.
- Communicate schedule changes and updates clearly and efficiently with team members.
- Notify managers and clients promptly regarding any staffing changes or adjustments.
- Ensure that all shifts are staffed effectively, aiming for high satisfaction rates among clients.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team setting.
- Available to work 6 days per week, in 9-hour evening and night shifts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor.
