Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our web and app development team, which includes UI/UX Designers working on Figma. The QA Specialist will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that all web and app products are of the highest quality. You will be responsible for testing features and functionalities, identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs, and ensuring that the end-product is user-friendly and meets the highest design and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement test plans for all web and app projects, including UI/UX design components created on Figma
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to ensure that all design elements are user-friendly, functional, and meet the highest design standards
• Identify, report and track bugs
• Perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing to ensure that all features and functionalities are working as expected
• Analyze and interpret results from testing to provide meaningful feedback to the development and design teams
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including design inconsistencies or user experience issues
• Provide input and feedback to improve product quality, user experience, and design elements
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and procedures
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products • Create and maintain testing documentation
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience in web and app testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Good knowledge with UI/UX design and design tools such as Figma
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
