Job Description:
1. Scheduling appointments, assisting with patient questions via phone and email, prescription refills etc.
2. Check out patients; create encounters and superbills, scan and enter patient information into Electronic Medical Records;
3. Proficiency in scheduling software, Google Drive, Powerpoint and Microsoft Office and other technical application.
4. Support physicians and practice in all areas of practice needs.
5. Customer service experience is mandatory
6. Previous Nurse or Practitioners will be preferable
7. 2+ years of Health Care experience.
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years customer service experience (training and certification is a plus)
- A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
- HIPAA Certified
- Excellent time management, relationship building, and organizational skills
- A Bachelor's Degree
- An outgoing personality with a strong people-oriented focus
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role

This position is based on evening hours, with a schedule to be decided between 6:00 pm to 2:00 am PKT. You will work for 10 hours per week (40 hours per month) initially and the role will grow gradually. We are looking for someone who can work with us for longer period of time.
You must have a stable internet connection (minimum 20mb), office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workspace.
You must have an Electricity and Internet backup at all times!
