The Social Media Ads Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, ad platforms, and campaign analytics, coupled with a creative approach to boosting brand awareness and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, created, and managed paid advertising campaigns on major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop and optimize ad creatives and copy to align with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media ad campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising efforts with overall brand strategy and promotional calendar.
  • Utilize A/B testing methods to improve ad performance and campaign outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, identifying key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in social media advertising to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and propose allocation strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure high-quality visuals and ad content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing social media ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and campaign adjustments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging ad content and design.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of performance tracking tools like Google Analytics is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Certification in social media marketing or digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with video ad creation tools and basic design skills.
