The ideal candidate will have proven experience in strategizing and executing high-converting ad campaigns, driving ROI, and staying up-to-date with platform changes and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to meet marketing goals (sales, traffic, engagement).
  • Set up and manage Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
  • Analyze ad performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Create and manage custom and lookalike audiences using pixel data, CRM integration, and advanced targeting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging and conversion-optimized ad creatives.
  • Keep updated with platform algorithm changes and implement best practices accordingly.
  • Monitor ad spend and budget allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Running paid campaigns Brand Base on Facebook, Instagram, and at least one of the following: TikTok, YouTube.
  • Expert in Performance Marketing ( Meta And Tiktok)
  • Strong knowledge of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and ad funnel structure.
  • Ability To Create Bndget Plan And Utilize Accordingly And Fullfill Targets.
  • Proficient in using tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Ability to generate detailed ad performance reports and interpret data to make decisions.
  • Knowledge of AI ads Tool Will be plus points and hand on Experience With Those Tools.
  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking (Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Experience in eCommerce, Sales Generation, or Product-based business advertising.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, or video editors.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (plus point).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven Experience in managing social media ad campaigns.
  • Experience in relevant industry.
  • Certification in social media marketing or digital advertising.
